Pros
There are no chucks of emails or processes. You want something, you go and talk to the IT. If they are in a good mood, they might be able to help you. I was involved in interesting projects and because no one shares information, I improved my learning skills. A (very) few people are bright and nice.
Cons
We were threatened by the management that if we don't deliver the projects, we will lose our jobs. 2 weeks after delivering, we were laid off. Since the beginning, they have been hiring "slaves"; people depending on the visa to stay in the country or people who don't have the qualifications for the role; they are just happy to be underpaid. Copying the management's top to bottom military attitude, the working climate was really negative if not depressing. People are not free to express opinions or even ask questions. The employees remain silent when the senior management is around so as not to be in trouble. In general, people were having extreme emotions and expressing them very easily in a way that is not how I understand professionalism.
