1. The entire team here is absolutely incredible; everyone is so positive and helpful. 2. The Senior leadership have put a ton of emphasis into building a terrific, diverse culture and it shows. They truly care about their people and support their growth. 3. The product/Software is super unique and directly focused on sustainability.

Everything - Management at a loss of direction CEO does not like supporting the team even though this is a start up Constant changing targets and a product that customers don't seem to want. Finally they will pull your bonus after approving it for you.
