Pros

nothing good in this company

Cons

I had high hopes when I joined Audax Labs, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The work management is poorly organized, leading to unrealistic deadlines and last-minute changes that cause unnecessary stress for employees. There seems to be a lack of clear communication and planning from the management team, which often leaves employees scrambling to meet expectations without proper guidance. The work culture is not supportive or collaborative. Team dynamics often feel strained, and there's little effort to foster a sense of belonging or mutual respect among employees. Constructive feedback and employee concerns are rarely addressed, and the focus seems to be more on micromanagement than empowering employees to do their best work. Employee treatment is another significant concern. There's little regard for work-life balance, and employees are frequently expected to work long hours without acknowledgment or proper compensation. Growth opportunities and recognition for hard work are scarce, making it difficult to feel valued or motivated. Overall, while the company may have potential, the current management practices and work culture make it an unpleasant place to work. I hope they take steps to address these issues and create a more positive and productive environment for their employees.
