No pros at all !

Awful micro management, bullying, disgusting comments and behaviour towards staff. No time for breaks, went sometimes days with nothing to eat all day. They don't care about customers either. Even thinking about it makes me sick.... Don't go there if you care about your mental health!

Honestly, Nothing. Base pay is slightly more than others but commision is low.

Omg where do I begin? Upper management are a bunch of Racists and have no idea how to run a business. I've worked in other car dealerships and how they treat the sales executives vs here is totally different. Such a toxic workplace. I've known so many people leave this place because of that. No staff stayed more than a year here!
