Great people & effective management team - Anonymous employee Audience360 Employee Review

The A360 team is split across WA, NSW & VIC. I was based in the WA office and loved the people that I worked with. Despite our quirks, our office worked cohesively which made for a pleasant working environment. There were a couple of upper management changes at the beginning of my contract and once the final hire was made I found the management team to be extremely effective in listening to their staff and implementing the ideas/suggestions the teams had. Due to the change in management the company did a redesign of their values obtaining buy-in from staff - this is rare and to be presented that opportunity was an experience I was grateful for and appreciated. Personal and Team 'wins' are celebrated and I found the social aspect of the company enjoying.
