Pros

1. Audley really do such a good job at hiring the nicest people. 2. If you have a good manager (assuming you're in Sales) they will allow you the space to run your own ship with appropriate guidance. Though I have heard there are micro-managers (they also get a bonus based on their teams performance). 3. There are lots of department and company wide events and incentives on top of usual commission. Clearly they are aware of how hard sales is and what is expected. Often the rewards however aren't that great unless you are a Turbo/Elite and taken very good care of.

Cons

1. The company has changed a lot in the past couple of years. It has become increasingly more corporate and sales driven when it wasn't so aggressive before. 2. Overtime is mandatory to complete tasks and drive uncompetitive industry sales. Overtime is acknowledged by managers as an unspoken given. Overtime is unpaid, but you can often work 'flexitime'. 3. Favouritism is a thing (though travel sales has always been that way). You have to be seen as a team player and be liked. There is also an unhealthy toxic positive work ethos along with 'bro' in-person office culture (especially in the London office). 4. Working from home is now frowned upon for new starters or current employees wishing to switch. 5. Turbos/Elites are taken very good care of. They are given the best leads in order to keep them sweet. 6. There is a pretty high turnover of staff in general and HR only care enough to do their job. 7. Audley consistently loses out on sales due to other companies being more competitive (Audley mark-up is insane).

Pros

Great people, good benefits. Lots of training offered and FAMs are a great perk.

Cons

Company has gone through so many changes in leadership, along with a recent structural change to the overall sales and client experience that is largely negative. Company has met this downward spiral of false promises with “be more positive” emails and company meetings. Patronizing and insulting while expecting sales to continue to hit their goals or risk being terminated (like many have in the past few months).
