      I can’t think of any.

      Cons

      Terrible pay plan, lifetime chargebacks, constant turnover (over 50 F&I managers in two years), endless meetings, you will work past close every night, you are constantly covering more than one dealership because someone is always quitting.

      Free Coffee and fun customers.

      Cons

      No chance to learn the ropes, training or help is not provided. If you do not know the answer, its your fault , not the management teams. No chance for newbies to come in and make a decent paycheck.
