      Worst work place - Software Developer Augmatiks Employee Review

      Pros

      Good to start career and you can learn because there is no one else so as an employee you have to learn always.

      Cons

      They never give salary on time. No management is there. There are total 2-3 people in office. Systems provided are very old and in bad condition. Factory culture is followed. No salary to any employee march 2020 onwards.

      Pros

      It’s been a long time since I am working here and not even for a moment I felt any discomfort. Augmatiks is one of the very few companies that empowers employee to best of their potential and actually gives them wings to fly.

      Cons

      Surprising none. Everyone here gets what they deserve.
