1. Working extra hours without overtime. 2. Very biased towards female employees. 3. Promotion depends on your rapport with your line manager. Skill/performance does not matter. 4. Does not provide yearly increments. 5. No fixed roster for night shift employees. Work hours can be any 9 hours from 5:00 pm Bangladesh time to 9:00 am Bangladesh time. 6. Inexperienced Team Leads with zero mindset of coaching/training/upskilling their subordinates. 7. Getting a leave is a huge problem, even though the leaves are allocated for the year. Does not follow the company's own HR leave policy or in fact the Labor Laws of the country.
