      Pros

      Company is great and has a lot of knowledgeable people. The President Mike Meena cares about his company, the clients, and the people that work here. Management and Operations are there to help you close more deals and they do a great job of that!

      Cons

      Business is up and down and they do not advertise much. Not sure that would stabilize my business, but it could help.

      Everyone is always willing to help and share a smile Good location CEO is very involved with his staff in making sure they have a good working environment

      Pros

      Senior and upper management work collectively to help support originators and partners succeed. Regional mortgage banker with strong connections with local Realtor base, and good relationship with AMC's, and investors.

      Cons

      Goal oriented company not your cookie factory like many of the portfolio lenders. Errors or slow pace will be magnified as turn times are crucial due to strong reputation in the community.
