Great family feeling and community hospital. Recent wage increases.
Cons
Grew too fast, and now is catching up in all areas. And sometimes the "family" feeling gets in the way of what this hospital needs - looking to the future. The past is in the past, so keep it there. Focus on the future and how to adjust Augusta to be better in management and keeping employees. Ideas are not taken seriously or welcomed.
