Management is very understanding of genuine mistakes, but will not tolerate lack of effort.
Cons
Owners son’s have major inferiority complex, along with a deep list of insecurities that may be projected on to innocent employees. Bunch of rich daddy’s boys running around, don’t be afraid to punk them, they won’t do anything but run to daddy (they are all 35+ years old)
