Pros
Remote-friendly — just don’t let your Teams status turn yellow. Summer Fridays — assuming you’ve already logged 60 hours to hit impossible deadlines.
Cons
Hands down the worst experience of my career. If you enjoy toxic leadership, unrealistic expectations, and mean‑girl politics, this is your dream job. Talented staff are worked to exhaustion while unqualified favorites get promoted. Executives regularly gossip about employees to peers and juniors, creating a fear‑based culture that drives high performers into burnout and depression. The agency consistently underbids projects to win business, then blames Account and creative teams when work goes over budget or deadlines slip. Chronic understaffing means people regularly pull marathon hours while leadership (and owners) keep six‑figure paychecks, two‑hour lunches, and quarterly bonuses. Accounting practices feel shady or at least sub‑par, client relationships are strained, and multiple vendors refuse to work with the agency. Client churn is high and good talent leaves fast. Bottom line: Augustine is one bad hire away from collapse. Come for the coffee, stay for the collapse.
