- None based on my experience - Only one colleague in my team was genuinely supportive, and even he seemed exhausted and demotivated due to the overall environment.
Cons
- This has been the most discouraging and unstructured workplace I have experienced - Employees often feel undervalued, unsupported, and unheard - Compensation is significantly below industry standards compared to the workload - HR interactions felt rigid, unhelpful, and lacked empathy - No clear processes or proper guidance; employees are left to manage everything independently - Priorities change frequently without proper communication - Very limited opportunities for growth or meaningful learning - Overall work culture feels draining and demotivating
