Pros
There is generally always overtime hours to pick up. Most of the staff are easy to work with and get along with. You can transfer after one year. You accumulate PTO from the time you start working and its available to use after 6 months of employment.
Cons
Short staff, disrespectful managers that don't assist their nurses when the floor is short. Low pay wages for new graduate nurses.
