Opportunity for overtime always available, mileage is paid at government rate
Cons
Heavy caseload (acuity more so than amount of patients) with little office support, charting is like you are in the hospital and it can be excessive, be prepared to chart at home, CM are to see 6 a day and visit nurses see 8, office and field staff tend to not see eye to eye about anything and little consideration is taken for your home life needs
