Pros
Great benefits, some growth potential. A great place to work if you find something you enjoy doing. If it's "just a job" - you won't last long in any hospital situation.
Cons
The growth potential only exists if you rub elbows with the right people. The job is wonderful if you can get on a set schedule - but, being a hospital, you have to deal with 24-hour operation, and that means pulling double shifts and driving home half asleep sometimes. I liked my job, but the lack of sleep got to me.
