Pros
My coworkers were great and supportive. The pay is better than Mercy and Affinity. It was also close to my home.
Cons
The atmosphere is toxic. Not only is everyone terrified to make a mistake, the managers are constantly playing the blame game and looking to penalize people for the tiniest mistake. Don't be fooled by this hospital's prestigious reputation. It is demoralizing to work there. And no, I wasn't fired; I quit.
