Pros

I'm genuinely so happy working as a Recruiter at Aumtrend, especially now that I'm a mom to a 2 year old and also expecting! The work-from-home setup has been such a big help because I can really balance my time between work and family. I also super appreciate our boss, he is so supportive and really open to suggestions. The HR Manager is also fantastic, always so helpful and approachable, and she genuinely care about the employees' well-being. On top of honing my recruitment skills, I'm also developing my abilities in business development, client and account management. It's really great working at Aumtrend, you get to grow professionally, and the work-life balance is just right. I feel really valued and supported here.

Cons

Limited In-Person Social Events - There are fewer opportunities for in-person social gatherings, which I sometimes miss as a way to further strengthen bonds with my colleagues.

Pros

I’ve been happily working at AUMTREND for more than 5 years now, ever since I was hired. What makes it special is our work environment, my boss is supportive, and also my coworkers that makes us feel like family. Sometimes there are challenges especially in recruitment side, but we overcome them as a team. Even our boss steps in to help source profiles when needed. It’s this teamwork and mutual respect that make me proud to be part of this organization. I’m grateful for the opportunities to grow here, this isn’t just a job it’s a second home where I see myself growing. Here in Aumtrend we have smooth process.

Cons
