Pros

I love my hours, my co-workers and customers. Its fun and great environment. Wonderful management who value their employees. Our products is truly amazing and is helping so many people. Truly rewarding job helping people. Always learning new skills and provide great support.

Cons

Only thing I disagree with is QA evals of our calls. They grade your calls on things they "think" the member "might" feel, estimations ! Nothing that's concrete proof such as the customer saying they felt that way. Each agent grades differently and no consistency! This is the ONLY con to this job other than that I am truly happy!

Pros

Aura's employees are smart, work hard, and know how to have fun. There's a great mix of structure and flexibility that fits a startup well. Fully remote.

Cons

C-suite often promised that they wouldn't lay anyone off, but then they did it anyway after a surprise merger was announced. Chairs shuffled around, and everyone remaining was too afraid that they'd be next to speak their mind. Compensation is lower than average for the industry. Management is often stuck in meeting hell, but information trickles down to the IC layer.
