Pros
Get to work on some fantastic projects and plenty of opportunities to travel for work if you're willing to take them. I've been at the company for 8 years. Management has been a bit stagnant but the recently hired CEO seems to be clearing out some of the dead wood (still a bit to go). The company has the most positive feel to it since I've been working here. Feels like it's turning a corner.
Cons
The company hasn't performed financially well in the proceeding five years. This hasn't allowed the company to reward its employees as well as it would like. Does make you feel like you've completed a lot of overtime for no financial reward.
