Pros
Flexibility (ability to work around life commitments) Nice office environment, fruit and basic amenities eg tea, coffee, milk, bread provided Some nice people, a lot of untapped talent
Cons
The general flavour of the company over the last two years seems to be to expect more out of their employees for less. Support staff who are overheads are underappreciated and overworked due to extremely admin heavy programs and applications that have been introduced. New tools are frequently being introduced with little to no communication to affected or interested employees, however the expectation for these people to use these tools effectively is high. There are also pockets of people in management directly or indirectly standing in the way of their team's career progression.
