Management / VP's are all in a clique and if you do not play along with them it can make your job very difficult or they find ways to get you out. The work load is extremely heavy and you do not get support. It is sad to see how many contractors they use at a very high cost and when they leave so does the knowledge. They do not value long term dedicated employees. Turnover is atrocious. Pay practices are not fair and they constantly hire in new people who are paid much more than the long term employees who have more knowledge and do the work of more than one person. Training is sub-par as is support.
