Culture has gone down hill. Everyone use to have fun, chat on teams, lend a helping hand. Has turned into more pressure from management, and cut throat environment where recruiters are stealing candidates and competing vs each other. A lot of metrics to worry about every month that you need to hit, these goals havent changed at all with the market. All time high numbers during covid, market has shifted drastically, but the metrics stayed the same which is putting a lot of pressure and stress on recruiters. Changed the commission structure Jan 2023, Which had all the recruiters making less then 2022. This was the initial thing that caused environment to change. Aureus also implemented a higher burden rate so the company can cover costs, which is going to make it harder for recruiters to make margin as well.
