Pros
Unlike corporations where I was just an unimportant employee, Boecore knows us by name (even the CEO and execs) and treats us so nice it's hard to believe at first. The pay is always higher than what corporations are willing to pay you, and often significantly higher!
Cons
A small (~240 people) company so moving around to another position is not as easy as corporations. Company website is 90's-style but new one is coming in April!!
