Auria Response
2yThank you for taking the time to leave a review for Boecore. We are happy to respond to your feedback as we make it our goal to create a great workplace and hear out our employee’s suggestions for changes, especially when it comes to making improvements.
Our employees work on government contracts for prime contractors. As a sub-contractor, Boecore is bound by the statement of work for each contract. Employees are normally issued computers from the prime contractor or the government customer. Because of this, we don’t issue specific Boecore computers to each new hire. Boecore emails can be available to any employee who needs one, but typically work emails are created by the prime contractor for better communication. The corporate office communicates directly with employees through their work emails and through their group managers. We also send out a bi-monthly newsletter to all employees. We encourage our managers to meet with their employees on a regular basis and our Program Managers provide monthly bagels or breakfast/lunch deliveries to keep in touch with our employees.
Boecore also has a very robust transition program where employees can move from one contract to another as long as they meet the qualifications for a new or different position on another program. We also have three other business units that employees can transition to and in some cases have the ability to work fully remote. Boecore always welcomes transition for any employee that desires to move. We have worked to make it as simple as completing a transition questionnaire and sending a current resume to our dynamic recruiting team. We typically transition 20 to 25 employees per year.
Again, we always appreciate feedback and advice on ways we can continue to improve the culture at Boecore and we take these concerns very seriously.
