- a pretty trendy tech stack React/Node/GraphQL (too bad noone cares about quality of the code)
Cons
TL:DR Don't bother working here if you are thinking seriously about your carreer.
The whole company feels like a scam, most of the stuff you can read on their website is out of date/a lie. For example 'about us' section that is mentioning people that are former employees that either quit or left years ago. There are from 2 to mostly 5 developers hired at a time. The owner is trying to sell dreams and fancy tech that has not been ever delivered.
- lack of any established development processes or docs (there is no code review and I've seen devs push changes directly to master or just approve & merge the PR's by themselves)
- tons of startup dreams, but no real-life proofs of finished projects just a few broken and unfinished MVP's
- bad code quality, CTO/CEO does not care about the future of what he sells just the fact that it's sold and works at the moment
- the contract is the worst I've seen in 5 years of industry experience, you can be sued or charged for anything, while the wage is below average and there are absolutely no benefits
