Pros
What I liked most about them was their truly flexible work routine. They gave me the freedom to work on my own time, with no micro-management, which gave an overall boost to my creativity.
Cons
-> Not many career choices -> Lower than market salary, not completely considering the skill-set of an employee. -> Badly planned training and onboarding on required skills for new hires. -> Company is small, and it looks like it is not growing either, or growing at a very slow pace. -> A new problem is that the company's office is really far from the city, for anyone who commutes from Rawalpindi, or even from Islamabad. Some employees from Islamabad commute 28 KMs one-way to get to their office.
