Pros
The only good thing about the company are the fellow colleagues. Because they are the ones facing the same problems that you are.
Cons
1. Please do not make IM's to people who do not have any other work. They do not work even after getting that post either. They are just in front to accept the appreciation, well in case of any problem they make the Developers and QAs as a shield and blame them. 2. Please try to fix the washroom, it stinks all over the floor. Feels like sitting in a public toilet and working. 3. No work & life balance here. If you want to spend time with your family and friends then never join here. Coz the management themselves says that you shouldn't have joined if you wanted to live your life as well. 4. Only donkey work is done. No proper requirement gathering before the development is started. 5. Developers are only staying here because of their 2 years bond. If the company really want to know the employees problems then remove the 2 years of bond and see who stays. 6. You can not share any problem with HR, they will hold a grudge against you and try to screw you more. 7. Even if you are right do not say anything to IM, PM, HR or any Management person they will make your life hell just because you have hurt their EGO. 8. Only people with big reference are preferred no matter if the other candidate is talented or not. 9. Management is not professional at all. You will come to here bad words all the time.
