SUGGESTION/ WARNING : WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. 1. No pros here. 2. Aurus is good at only one thing - Employee abusement and Employee harassment.

For Cons - Where do I even start ??? Let's go through below list : 1. Blood sucking company, very long working hours, minimum pay. 2. No project planning, No SDLC is followed, No software development methodology is followed here. 3. Relation between senior people and developers is like "Master and Slave" - They are masters of you and you are a slave to them. 4. You will be verbally abused by management, seniors and IM's for no mistake of yours. 5. Salary is very very less. 6. Aurus will make you work on weekends, day-night and shamelessly even on national holiday's including 15th August, and get this clear you will never receive any OverTime payament or any kind of allowance for these extra days and hours. 7. Project run on formula of - On demand development as per client's wish, even if it is at night 11 PM or 12 AM, if client wants something you better need to develop and deliver, also make sure it is bug free. 8. All IM's, PM's and senior people are only good at planning alcohol parties. But has NO IQ to plan a project or follow any software development cycle. 9. NOT a single IM or PM shares a requirement specification document. IMs and PMs just provides requirement verbally(and they expect code to behave correctly in every scenario). 10. Here IMs and PMs DO NOT possess any technical, analytical or problem solving skill set yet regardless of this they got higher designations only because they survived this company by boot licking. 11. IM's and PM's takes all appreciations if project succeed somehow, in case of any issues/hurdles they always points to Developers for blame. 12. As I said you can be tortured or threatened to work over night and over week ends with verbal abuse providing you very WORST WORK ENVIRONMENT ever. 13. You do NOT receive appraisal in March it is actually in July or August(sometimes even late than that). 14. Your appraisal depends on how is your relationship with manager, NOT on the quality of your work nor on the projects you delivered. 15. For HR dept, Irony is it's in the name itself Human Resources. These people are suppose to help bring resources here and take a notice of their problems and solve them. Rather solving resource problems HR dept is demeaning employees. NOTE : One challenge to HR and Management though - if you are confident in your company I dare you to drop 2 years bond policy and see what happens how many resources stays. IMP INFO/QUESTION - From my review you might think if it is so bad to work here then why I stayed for 2 years ? Answer : Because of 2 years BOND. Aurus is very insecure about employees leaving their company and Therefore they make people to sign 2 years of BOND also take original documents of 10th, 12th and engineering. If you try to leave the company in between 2 yrs. Then Aurus blackmails you that they will not hand over your documents back and will not provide experience letter either. So readers, at the end its upto you whether you want to join this company(of harassment) or not. My suggestion is to look out in other organizations for job, study well for interviews, work on your coding skills and you will get better options and all the best for that.
