      Pros

      The health benefits are excellent. Management is cooperative and understanding of time off needed for personal issues. The technology is very interesting.

      Cons

      Incompetent, unethical management, no business direction, terrible compensation and no appreciation of positive work accomplished creates a negative work place environment.
