      Good place to make contacts within Dell. Nice campus and coworkers.

      Cons

      Management has poor people skills and is disrespectful to their subordinates. Micromanaging constantly. Low pay and high turnover rate.

      Small team with broad responsibility means individuals have a lot of flexibility and a variety of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      The company is growing, which means we're establishing new processes and driving for best practices. There can be a lot of ambiguity and many times we're figuring things out as we go. That's not a good fit for everyone.
