Pros

Great company but management is quite another story.....

Cons

There have been 4 employees in my team who were wrongfully terminated. Company policy is to provide 3 verbal warnings then a written warning before terminating. I had not even one verbal warning. No warning... Just called to the office one day and was terminated. This is wrong on so many levels... No words to describe how low this company will go to keep the contract funds. Uncomprehendable... Word is getting around about the morals of this company...

Pros

My application and recruiting experience with Ausley Associates has been one of the most pleasant experiences. Ausley's Senior Recruiter is professional and personable, and the Management teams truly promote Ausley's philosophy of work-life balance and both professional and personal growth within the company even in the interview process. Ausley employees are welcoming and take an interest in you as an individual.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons at this time.

Pros

I joined the Ausley team a little less than a year ago. I was intrigued by where the company was and most importantly, where it was headed. I left a well-respected competitor and a comfortable position I was generally happy in to be a part of that future. While a lot of change is occurring, I am excited to contribute to the change and shift towards excellence for such a resilient, innovative, team. Leadership is open to new and creative ideas that benefit the organization. Leadership also truly rewards hard work and dedication. One of the ways they do so is by offering a true work-life balance.

Cons

I don't have any cons to share.
