The onboarding process was excessive and time-consuming, especially considering the low pay. Management often set unrealistic expectations without offering the support needed to succeed. The training program, while well-intentioned, was overly ambitious and didn’t always align with the realities of the role. There’s minimal ongoing support, and a high turnover rate among staff points to broader internal issues. Despite being told that leads would be provided, in practice, you're expected to source your own—mostly through cold calling—which makes the role far more challenging than initially advertised.
