Pros

Able to create your own opportunities. Supported by management. Able to innovate, create and mould processes. Build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Troubleshoot and solve problems. Fast paced environment. Friendly team. Transparent structure and error reporting. If you work honestly with high ethics and morals in mind, only to serve the clients to the highest capability you will never miss an opportunity to succeed and grow. You will also never miss an opportunity to receive incentives.

Cons

Staff can leave a company on bad terms. Unfortunately that is reflected in some of the reviews left here. There are also some great and honest positive reviews! Sometimes it is difficult to deal with escalations from clients when service criteria are not met. The team do the best that they can in most cases. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes - and that's ok. Changing priorities can be difficult to manage at times.

Pros

Thought I'd share my own individual experience working at Aussiepay. I’ve been working at Aussiepay for just over a year now and I’ve grown a lot both personally and professionally, with the help of my peers and team leaders. The nature of the role (being in both customer relations/payroll) means there’s lots of opportunities and tasks, and you get to strike up some great relationships with your clients. My support team have been great and they’ve been a big part of my development here.

Cons

It really is a fast-paced job that requires you to juggle multiple duties at once. It can be demanding so if you’re looking for a comfortable position, it’s probably not for you. As long as you know who your team leaders and support are, you’ll be able to do well.
