      Pros

      Very supportive, mentoring leadership team and a great working environment. There are lots of achievement incentives (ski trips, overseas trips, lunches, events etc). Realistic targets with fantastic commission structure and internal and external training offered. WFH once a week and a day off for your birthday - why wouldn't you work here?

      Pros

      Lots of training from internal and external people. You are given lots of good advice about recruitment and you learn how to become a 360 recruitment consultant quickly. You have to hunt your own business and deals. Which is a good thing if your learning to become a good long standing recruiter in this spaces

      Cons

      No WFH flexibility, strict hours / no flexi working hours. Very strict with punctuality. Some questionable hiring decisions within the business. Very top down management structure.
