Pros
-Very flexible hours -Very nice managers and co-workers -Not too stressful -Great place to learn about the industry -They train you in all the equipment they use -Great place to start with little experience
Cons
Very, very, very, very, very, very, very underpaid. Benefits can be better. Equipment are archaic and need to be updated, but the CEO is too cheap to buy/fix their old machines. This is a pro and a con: it's almost impossible to get fired. Great if you're the terrible employee. Sucks if you're doing you're doing a great job, but see the terrible employee completely mess everything up and goofs off without any repercussions. Highly unmotivates you seeing that.
