Enjoyed most of the people I worked with, but many of those people have since moved on.

Dismal morale and incredibly toxic culture. No employee appreciation or focus on employee satisfaction. No employee loyalty or stability; you are expendable and are treated as such. No team mentality: some are unnecessarily cut-throat and management will get rid of good employees to not have to deal with confronting the bad employees. Very high turnover, which doesn't seem to be a concern. No room for advancement or growth. Bonuses/raises are a joke. Structure to try and achieve either is non-existent. Terrible communication. For such a small company, the severe disconnect between departments is absurd. Poor and unsupportive management. Unrealistic expectations are placed on employees. Very wishy-washy in their decisions. Little to no trust or respect for their employees. Demoralizing. CEO barely seems to care for the company or its growth. He relies too much on incompetent managers.
