Pros
Fun and friendly people to work with, upbeat atmosphere. The supervisors were promoted from installation positions so they have experience doing what your sent out to do. Company respects its workers. Production pay; paid by footage so your work ethic is directly tied to your pay.
Cons
Company was recently bought out by a parent organization. Was still new when I left, didn't see enough to have a good opinion.
