Low pay, overworked and under-appreciated. The boss gives preferential treatment, making the culture utterly toxic. Baits you in with some toxic positivity talk then treats tutors like disposable commodities. RUN IMMEDIATELY DON'T EVEN CONSIDER WORKING HERE!!
