      Pros

      I learned a lot about granite while I worked at AGD.

      Cons

      The boss has poor anger management. He throws phones and items down on the floor and yells if you make a mistake. No one should put up with that. He is difficult to work with and does not listen to his employees if they have suggestions to improve the atmosphere. Save yourself a poor experience and do not apply to work here.

      Great entry level job. Able to grow quickly in the company and learn a lot of the granite business.

      Cons

      Management and owner have two different visons for company direction which leads to a lot of confusion.

      Unprofessional Will terminate on a whim No employee appreciation Owner should take anger management courses NO Open Door Policy Keep Your Opinions to Yourself Gets around hiring illegal immigrants by making them 'contractors.' Very Shady Company
