      Fast raises, decent health care if pay is good,

      Cons

      Super toxic work environment, people talk like middle schoolers, a lot of favoritism, you get iced out if you aren’t like the rest. Do as I say not as I do

      Pros

      Yearly cost of living increase. Benefits are reasonable except healthcare.

      Cons

      Awful communication between upper management and workers. Only 1 week paid vacation. Heath insurance is beyond ridiculously expensive. They use a point system that is not worker friendly. They will dock 15 minutes if you are six minutes late coming in AND if you clock out even 1 second early. It doesn't matter if it's your fault or not.
