Pros

Giving this place two stars because the doctors and some staff really care about the patients. Some Friendly people and fun events.

Cons

Long hours, no breaks, micromanaging. They do not pay fairly. Not all managers are created equal. A lot of favoritism and nepotism. (One of the managers is married to the CEO.) Clinic supervisors just sit at their desk all day. HR is a joke. They pretend to listen and care unfortunately not the case. Better to just show up, work quietly and just go home. Unfortunately, this place is getting worse since I’ve been here. A lot of recent turnover will prove that.

Thanks for your honest review. We do love our physicians and they truly lead with integrity and skill, and each team member cares SO much about their work. It's true that some days are long and while we pay for lunch and for the car rides between locations, it is demanding at times for the technicians/medical assistants. We constantly look at pay equity and when we've found issues we move fast to correct them -- perhaps we missed the mark in your case? If you're still a current employee, we urge you to speak with someone that you feel you CAN trust and we promise to have an open convo about what could be done. From the CEO to the front office supervisor, there isn't one leader who doesn't have their heart in the right place but we know that doesn't always feel that way. We won't rest until every patient and every employee has the kind of experience with us that they can RAVE about.

Pros

Amazing co-workers and physicians. Beautiful offices, PTO accrual is at a good rate. good growth and skills learned in all departments. Regional aspect makes it better for work-life balance. Remote positions available(after experience).

Cons

Extremely short staffed to where people are burnt out. Not much acknowledgement to burn out. Being told they are making changes to make it better for employees, but making it more difficult. Being told we are heard, which may be true, but are not understood. Plans to rely on AI for working models to cut cost. Increasing physician count and patient count while reducing staff or keeping it the same, spreading current staff thinner. due to burn out, many people are quitting. high turnover rate.
