Pros

-you’ll get your 40hrs. -uniforms provided by company after 90 days. -PTO. -ok benefits.

Cons

-favoritism. management doesn’t choose based off of skill or work ethic. get some drinks with them outside of work / join the clique and you’ll definitely be promoted. be prepared to watch people who work hard not get rewarded and watch people who literally sit all day doing nothing get raises left and right. (The CEO is included with the supervisors clique because her husband was a supervisor for years) -LOTS of travel. they emphasize you’ll travel 1-3 times a week but some times it can be more. be prepared to have to drive if you go in the company provided vehicle because no one ever wants to drive and supervisors tell the team leads to figure it out themselves. -NO CONFLICT RESOLUTION. supervisors expect you to confront peers if you have anything bothering you. supervisors eventually will get involved but usually make matters hostile. HR is no help, even with the HR director that came in 2023. -no work/life balance. be prepared to come in on days you aren’t scheduled. they have 5-10 call outs per day just in the technician department.

Pros

Amazing co-workers and physicians. Beautiful offices, PTO accrual is at a good rate. good growth and skills learned in all departments. Regional aspect makes it better for work-life balance. Remote positions available(after experience).

Cons

Extremely short staffed to where people are burnt out. Not much acknowledgement to burn out. Being told they are making changes to make it better for employees, but making it more difficult. Being told we are heard, which may be true, but are not understood. Plans to rely on AI for working models to cut cost. Increasing physician count and patient count while reducing staff or keeping it the same, spreading current staff thinner. due to burn out, many people are quitting. high turnover rate.
