Poor middle management - Anonymous employee Austrade Employee Review

Austrade is the most disorganised organisation I've ever worked for. The quality of middle management (EL2 - SES) is very poor. There's no oversight over some managers, which are essentially tax-payer funded paper weights who make work harder rather than easier. Information systems are dated and don't support the staff. Most of the time the organisation is scrambling to stay relevant.
