- Job Security ( Somewhat hire and fire policy) - Team leaders and senior BDMs run the show and less opportunity for new joinnes to excel and flourish - Trade Commissioner Or expacts are driven by Team Leaders and old BDMs as their tenure is for 3 yrs only - Growth opportunity is stagnant and increment is minimal and might not provide increment at all. - Again the minimal increment is not driven by your performance but your connections with TL and senior BDMs - KPIs are driven by business outcomes but you need to perform A-Z operational activities including accounting, purchase, tendering, administration, recruitment, event planning and managing and so on
