Management don't spend enough time with problematic colleagues. Management sits in a separate location (office next door) from our operations team and non performing members keep complaining and don't complete their tasks. Management only steps in when they are not performing and by that time its too late to salvage them. Management too ''Aussiefied'' to understand that some individuals needs to be micromanaged.
