Pros
- couple of people that are really pushing for more resources and better processes - connection to AusPost who are award winning and big guys in their field. - diversity and different cultures
Cons
- terrible data and no solution no culture, when you are in the office no one actually talks to other people (especially HR) - not a lot of flexibility with wfh or working abroad even though there are a lot of international customers. - no general management in the UK office to oversee - no crm so the internal team only uses outlook so there are 1000 unnecessary emails.
