Good working environment with colleagues

No career growth offered to employees

Initially - Plenty of overtime, great leadership.

Was there for 2 years and had multiple leaders - 4 to be exact. You need to know the right people to step up the ladder even if you work hard you cannot step up. Favouritism seems to be the company motto. Was offered a promotion to manage a team - without training - only to be told I didn't do a good job as compared to the existing manager? The had an American MD who was very driven and would motivated - the company experienced a steep downhill with management after his exit. The company moved owners 3 times in my 2 year career with them.
