Favouritism seems to be the company motto. Was offered a promotion to manage a team - without training - only to be told I didn't do a good job as compared to the existing manager? The had an American MD who was very driven and would motivated - the company experienced a steep downhill with management after his exit. The company moved owners 3 times in my 2 year career with them.
